The scope of works is for construction of two separate retail buildings with steel columns and block walls, the roof is made of sandwich panels, and service building for electrical room and toiles. The works include plaster & paint, MEP provisions for each shop.

Also external works for parking area and services, kerbstone, interlock pavers, drainage system with soakaways, wastewater network and external lighting. The works shall include steel bollards painted as per Al Meera approval.

The works shall comprise excavation, insulation, backfilling, concrete works, Steel works, Block Works, Water Proofing, Wood Works, Metal Works, Finishing Works, electro-Mechanical works, and infrastructure works, Authorities’ approvals, Testing and Commissioning, Maintenance and all the associated works that are required to complete the works to the full commissioning stage,

Client’s approval and to obtain Authorities’ approvals.
