Project: Design & Build Al Meera Convenience Store Including Related External Works, Civil, MEP & FLS Systems and Testing & Commissioning at Al Jumailiya
Location: Al Jumailiya
The scope of work is to Design & Build Al Meera Convenience Store. The work is to carry out the design
and build of Al Meera convenience store at Al Jumailiya, State of Qatar. The permanent convenience store shall be a single-story pre-engineered steel structure with insulated Sandwich Roof & wall panel envelope for the warehouse & selling area on a Concrete framed plinth structure. The footprint of the building as per drawings, and need to be constructed on fast-track basis.
The Scope of Works of this project shall include, but is not limited to, Design, Construction, Testing, Commissioning and Handover of the following:
- MME, Kahramaa, Ashghal and All relevant authority Approvals;
- External Infrastructure & site development works;
- Detailed Design of Permanent store (Architectural, MEP, FLS)
- Architectural/Interior fit-out works;
- Civils works (Architectural & Structural);
- Partitions/wall, Ceiling and floor finishes;
- Carpentry & Joinery Works;
- Signages (Internal and external)
- Air Conditioning and Ventilation
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety Engineering);
- Low Current (Data Networking, CCTV, Public address etc.)
- Testing & Commissioning;
- Obtaining QCD Approval & Completion Certificate from MME
